“My acupuncture session with Brenda was amazing!! She did a very thorough intake to see what kinds of issues I had. I felt very “heard and listened to”, which I deeply appreciated. When I had my session, she explained everything she was doing so that eased my mind. I could tell she was a real pro at putting in the acupuncture needles because I had treatments before and this one was certainly painless. I loved that. I found the session deeply relaxing for my body. I even fell asleep on the table which is rare. And in the days and weeks after that the inflammation that I was experiencing in my digestive tract began to subside. Plus, she took a little time afterwards to give me some guidance on some foods that I could add to my diet to make things go more smoothly and a few that I might want to consider avoiding. I found those suggestions very helpful as my digestive tract began to respond beautifully!! I also found Brenda to be a very caring person with an open heart. I would highly recommend her as a trusted health care practitioner!!”

I have arthritic knees and arthritis in my back and hips. Walking is a challenge for any length of time. When I get acupuncture with Brenda, my pain goes away! I have better mobility and somehow, I can think more clearly as well. It took me 3 years to try acupuncture. Don’t wait. You’ll feel better sooner!

Recently I had my first acupuncture session with Brenda. I found it to be quite a positive experience. I had a conversation with Brenda before I scheduled the treatment and was impressed with her knowledge and understanding of the subject. When I arrived at my appointment Brenda immediately put me at ease as she discussed reasons I was there. I thought the room was soothing and very conducive to me feeling completely relaxed. I have had problems with my knees due to years of running and after one session felt less discomfort. Also because of transitions I am making at this time I have been quite stressed. It was wonderful to feel so relaxed and free from tension. After my acupuncture session I felt so much calmer. I even fell asleep for a short time during the session which never happens during the day! I would highly recommend Brenda Scott for anyone who is interested in a treatment.
