Ayurveda’s Agni “The Digestive Fire”

March 2 @ 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Ayurveda’s Agni “The Digestive Fire”

Agni is a vedic term meaning burning, transforming or perceiving. Agni (digestive enzymes and acid) is the fire that transforms all food as well as sensations coming into the body. Our health depends on how well we digest, absorb and assimilate nutrients from our food. Food conversion to energy requires essential biochemical reactions. We can suffer from stomachache, diarrhea or constipation and other GI related issues if our digestive fire is not working well. Join this workshop to learn about your digestive fire and how can you enhance it with herbs and spices.
$35  ($30 before February 16)
