Finding Your Balance

October 20, 2018 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Yoga can improve balance on all levels of your being – the physical, energetic, mental & emotional, conscious and spiritual. Physical  balance requires alignment, focus, awareness, strength and flexibility. In addition to stretching and strengthening flows, this workshop will include alignment awareness, discussion and practices to help you achieve greater balance in your energy, thoughts, emotions and spirit. The goal of this workshop is to provide knowledge and tools you can use to achieve better balance on and off the mat.

“I have a personal history of balance issues due to an inner ear infection. The experience effected me on all levels of my being. I found managing my imbalance required finding balance on all levels – all the kosas. I am hoping this workshop helps you find and commit to a practice plan to help you improve balance in your life.” Brahmi
