Research shows that yoga provides both immediate and long lasting benefits for the mind and the body, and in managing the symptoms of anxiety and/or depression. Yoga for Anxiety is an evidence-based program that draws from psychology, neurology, and immunology, combined with recent research, to support yoga as a therapeutic healing modality for anxiety. This class uses yoga as a complement to traditional treatments of medication and psychotherapy.
