According to the NIH, at any given time 30% of the population is suffering from back pain and over 85% of the population suffers from back pain sometime. Research has shown that yoga to be effective on managing and curing back pain.  In this workshop you will learn simple stretching, strengthening and alignment awareness you can do at home to help alleviate back pain.  This workshop is eligible for YA CEUs. While you may or may not carry the weight of the world on your shoulders, you definitely carry the weight of your head. Holding the head in a forward position is a big contributor to neck and shoulder pain.
