Jennifer Reis, E-RYT 500, is an international presenter and a faculty member of both Kripalu Center and Integrative Yoga Therapy. She has been leading dynamic retreats and trainings for over seventeen years, creating sacred space for students to journey into realms of deep peace and healing. 2-Day Option – $300 includes manual excerpt; $270 before Jan 1st
Choose this option if you are interested to experience what Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra is all about, but do not feel that you want to do the full training to be able to write scripts and lead others. Learn what yoga nidra is and how it works, and then begin to learn, experience, lead and script the stages of a yoga nidra journey. A Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra journey consists of eight stages, and during these two days you will learn about and experience Stages 1 and 2, and you will receive a binder of manual excerpts relevant to what you will be learning. Unfortunately, due to the way the training is structured, these two days cannot be applied toward the full 5-day training at a later date.
5-Day Certificate Program – $685 includes manual; $635 before Jan 1st
Learn about yoga nidra and how it works, and then learn about and experience the eight stages of Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, leading, crafting and combining them as you go, culminating in writing complete eight-stage yoga nidra scripts and leading and receiving yoga nidra journeys with partners or small groups. You will receive a 180-page training and resource manual . Successful completion of this training gives certification to lead yoga nidra classes, workshops and sessions using the structure, languaging and methodology of Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra®. There is a lively and active private Facebook group for Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra graduates, where questions are posed and answered, scripts shared and more. 40 CE credits available through Yoga Alliance.
