Myofascial Release For the Pelvis, Low Back, Legs and Feet This is a gentle, therapeutic class that will show you how to release the tight spots and fascia (connective tissue) in your body. We use tennis balls and other props to release tightness in all the areas. By doing so, the asanas (postures) flow more freely and allow the body to return to its natural flow.
